The MMA series arc welding machine is not only portable but also saves energy. It introduced the advanced IGBT/MOS (insulated gate bipolar transistor) and quick recovery diode as the main parts of controlling and delivering. IGBT/MOS can change 50Hz or 60Hz to 20 KHz. Because the electric current can regulate, the arc electric current obtains excellent welding craft adaptability. It features overheat, overpressure, and protection functions. Compared with traditional techniques, the MMA inverter welder's advantage lies in energy saving, lighter weight, and a superior structure. Fit for outdoor decoration and fieldwork, it mainly welds low carbon steel, stainless steel, metal alloy steel, iron casting, etc.
ARC-ECONOMIC series are manual inverter welders made by international advanced invert technical. The 50Hz/60Hz frequency is inverted to high frequency (over 100KHz) by MOSFET, then stepped down and rectified. The power supply generates powerful DC welding current through PWM technical. Dimensions and weight have reduced substantially while efficiency increased by 30%. Stability, reliability, lightness, energy-saving, and no electromagnetic noise are key characteristics.
The machine obtains 220V power through switch SW101, filters via inductance coil for single plane rectification bridge MDQ3504*2, and uses C1-C4 filters for DC. Through the IGBT/MOS bridge type inverter, it creates a 20KHZ alternating current, passing through the intermediate frequency transformer TI, and restores via DK1-DK6 diodes, finally outputting steady DC power via reactor L101.
