Plasma products are composed of plasma gun and chassis. The essence of the working process of the plasma equipment is this: an arc is generated between the nozzle (anode) and the electrode (cathode) inside the gun, and the moisture in between is ionized to achieve a plasma state. At this time, the ionized steam is ejected out of the nozzle in the form of a plasma jet by the pressure generated inside, and its temperature is about 8000°C. In this way, non-combustible materials can be cut, welded, welded and other forms of heat treatment processed.
